- GUIDELINES ON BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION
- Cancellations made earlier than 3 weeks of check-in date deposits for accommodations can be applied to another stay within 2 years /transferable to your friend’s new bookings on your recommend. OR will be charged one night’s room rent and taxes, and the remaining amount shall be refunded.

• In case of cancellations made within 14 to 21 days of check-in date, the deposits for accommodations can be applied to another stay within 2 years/ transferable to your friend’s new bookings on your recommend. OR the amount deducting 50 % of the room rent + bank charge shall be refunded.
• In the case of cancellations made later than 14 days of check-in date 50 % of the amount can be applied to another stay within two years/ transferable to your friend’s new bookings on your recommendation. -
